May Update!

New Home

If you didn't already know, we now have two homes in Uganda thanks to our many generous supporters! Hope Home, the home that we've owned for over a year, will remain the boy's home. The girls will be moving to our lovely new home, Peace Home. This expansion will allow us to bring in 27 more children over the course of the next year!

Hope Home

Kate, our current volunteer, painted the gate of the boy's home, Hope Home. It looks beautiful and the children love it!

Peace Home

The plumbing and septic work is complete and the water tank is in place! We now have two functioning bathrooms with a shower and sink and interior work has begun. The girls will be able to move into their new home shortly!

New Sponsorship Opportunity

In July we will be bringing ten new children into our home IF we can find sponsors for each of them! Sponsorship is $125/mo. or $65/mo. if sponsorship is split between two individuals or families. If you or someone you know would like to sponsor a child please contact Heidi at heidi@peaceforpaulfoundation.org. You will truly change the trajectory of a child's life!

Sponsored Outing

Thanks to so many generous supporters of PFP the children were able to go on a very special outing! The children had a fantastic time! They went on a boat ride, played safari miniature golf, rode a trailer ride behind a four-wheeler around the village and river, and had a picnic lunch! The children want all of you to know that they approved of their first peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. ;)

Here's what director Brandi had to say about the trip:

"It was a great time! The kids were so well behaved and grateful. We really do have great kids and it is always most evident on outings or when new people are meeting them and giving positive comments. We should be very proud of them!"
