Dr. Mufumba Visits!

"Dr. Mufumba visited us last evening to say hello to the children and also to check on their health conditions... The children listened to him attentively as he told them how lucky they were to be a part of the PFP family. He encouraged them to be disciplined members and thanked them for their good performance at school. He donated a crate of soda which we will enjoy on Easter Sunday."

"You are doing a great service to redeem these vulnerable children out of their life of suffering and misery. Thanks also go to the sponsors who are willing to offer education and welfare to these kids. They should have a good future if they cooperate and work hard in the PFP organization. Thank you so much Emma for getting them out. You are like Moses who was sent by God to rescue the Israelites from slavery in Egypt."
-Dr. Mufumba

Other PFP Updates:
  • The children returned home from school April 25th.
"Each one of us was very comfortable in his or her own seat.  Then somewhere in Mabira Rain Forest we made a stop over for treats and sweet bananas. At home Emma had already prepared rice and meat and everyone was happy with the day."
-Fred
  • Paul, Patrick, John, Bosco and Logel are playing in a soccer tournament between schools!  All of the children used their holiday allowance money to support their brothers!

"...Some of our children are among the players but all the kids have expressed their wish to go and support their team. The boys showed their heart out when they played football against their counterparts, but Vic View took advantage of the home support and won 4-2."
-Fred
  • The children had a big Easter celebration!
  • School results are in!
    • Top three students this term: Lodum (98%), Friday (98%) and Florence (95.2%)!  We are so proud of you!!!!
